Babenhausen Font Design

The Babenhausen font is the result of extensive experimentation with sketched letter forms that eventually coalesced into a stencil typeface. Its creation involved adhering to specific angles and straight lines, with inspiration drawn from a grid-based structure. This methodology lends the font a distinctive futuristic/military aesthetic. The name “Babenhausen” was selected due to its association with a small German city that houses a military post where I was stationed for two years.
